摘要
介绍了以聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)残渣和二乙二醇(DEG)为主要原料制备低成本芳烃聚酯多元醇的工艺路线,讨论了温度、DEG与PET残渣的摩尔比对芳烃聚酯多元醇性能的影响。试验表明,最佳反应温度为190℃~220℃,最佳摩尔比为1.22~1.34。研究了稳定剂对聚酯多元醇组合料贮存稳定性的影响,组合料贮存期在半年以上。聚酯型聚氨酯硬泡的氧指数达27.5。
This paper introduces the prOCess of low-cost aromatic polyester po1yols based on PET residue and diethylene glycol (DEG). The effects of temperature and molar ratio of DEG/PET residue on the properties fo f the aromatic polyester polyols are discussed.Experiments show that optimum reaction temperature is 190℃ to 220℃ and optimum molar ratio of DEG/PET is 1. 22 to 1. 34. The effects of stabilizers on storage stability of premix are studied. The stable storage time is over 6 months. The oxygen index of the foam is 27.5.
