摘要
以聚氯乙烯、增塑剂、聚酯二醇、二异氰酸酯及助剂为原料，用螺杆挤出机共混反应一步法制备PVC／PU塑料合金，讨论了原料及工艺条件对合金性能的影响，得到了该合金的基本配方。
By screw extruder and one-step reactive blending technology,PVC/PU plastic alloys based on PVC, plasticizer, polyester diol, diisocyanate and auxiliary have been prepared. The effects of raw materials and technical conditions on properties of the alloys were dis cusstd. A basic formulation of the alloy is obtained.
