Approach to Influence Factors on Properties of the Wet-process Polyurethane Synthetic Leather

Production principle of the wet-process PU synthetic leather is introduced. The effects of resin type, temperature and dimethyl formamide (DMF ) contents in the coagulating bath, resin and filler contents in the coating solution,drying temperature in the baking oven on the properties 4|of the PU synthetic leather are discussed. The control limits of the influence factors are given.
