摘要 介绍了MDI系聚氨酯浇注型弹性体用新型扩链剂4-羟基-N-(2-羟乙基)-丁酰胺的合成工艺、物化特性。指出扩链剂合成以无溶剂法为优。讨论了以该扩链剂制得的弹性体的性能。 The synthesis and properties of new chain extender 4 - hydroxyl- N (2 - h ydroxy e th yl ) -butyramide are introduced,which is used for PU castable elastomer. The results show that the synthesis with solvent-free method is better- The properties of elastomer based on this chain extender are discussed.
