摘要
以聚醚、TDI、1,4-丁二醇及含羧基和羟基的交联剂等为主要原料合成聚氨酯乳液。讨论了nNCO/nOH、交联剂加入量及—COOH的质量分数对乳液性能的影响,得到原料的合适用量。
Polyurethane emulsions were prepared mainly from polyether, TDI,butanediol and crosslinking agent containing carboxyl and hydroxyl groups. The effects of molar ratio of NCO/OH, the amount of crosslinking agent and also - COOH on the properties of the polyurethane emulsions are discussed. The proper amounts of feed stock are obtained.
