摘要
运用阴极极化法和循环伏安法研究了镀镍溶液中甘氨酸对Ni2+、Zn2+以及Ni2++Zn2+电化学行为的影响。结果表明,电沉积Ni、Ni-Zn合金过程中,甘氨酸能抑制H+的放电;在低电流区,甘氨酸有去极化作用,在高电流区有增大极化作用。在被Zn2+污染了的镀镍溶液中加入甘氨酸.可获得含有少量Zn的Ni-Zn合金电沉积层,其沉积层的耐蚀性比纯Ni沉积层更好。
The effect of glycine on the electrochemical behavior of Ni2+, Zn2+, Ni2+ +Zn2+ in the baths for nickel-plating were studied by means of cathodic polarization and cyclic voltammetry. The test results showed that, during Ni and Ni-Zn alloys electrodepositing, glycine inhibited the discharge of H+, decreased the cathodic polarization at low current zone and increased the cathodic polarization at high current zone. When glycine was added to the nickel plating solution polluted by Ni2+,Ni-Zn alloy deposit was obtained, it contained a little zinc and its properties of anticorrosion was better than pure nickel deposit.
