摘要
为提高蒙脱石吸附阳离子能力,进行了铝硅酸盐溶胶改变蒙脱石端面电荷性质实验。考察了铝硅酸盐溶胶制备条件对改性蒙脱石吸附性能的影响。实验结果表明:铝硅酸盐溶胶能改变蒙脱石端面电性;铝硅酸盐溶胶改性剂适宜的制备条件是:按Al/Si=01比例在硅溶胶中加入氯化铝溶液,40℃下老化2h,调节铝硅酸盐溶胶pH=12后再老化1h。用此铝硅酸盐溶胶制得的改性蒙脱石吸附阳离子钴的能力提高21%。
An experiment of charge modification on montmorillonite edge by aluminosilicate sol was performed. The effect of preparation conditions for aluminosilicate sol on the charge on montmorillonite edge was investigated. The experimental results showed that the charge on montmorillonite edge was changed by aluminosilicate sol. In the modified process, the reaction time, temperature, pH value and aluminum chloride quantity had considerable effects on the charge on montmorillonite edge. The better preparation conditions for aluminosilicate sol were: Al/Si ratio=0 1, aging 2h at 40℃ followed by 1h aging at pH 12. The adsorption of cobalt ions by modified motmorillonite increased by 21%.
