摘要
教师文化作为学校文化的核心内容,是课程实施的重要影响因素。教师的生活境遇影响并决定着他们的意义世界,从而也影响着他们的教育教学行为及课程与教学决策。J中学的教师文化故事向我们展示了学校变革过程中可能遭遇的阻力。不正确看待并及时消解这些阻力,将导致学校向消极方向发展,并最终影响课程实施的成败。
Teacher culture is the core of the school culture. It affects the curriculum and the school development. Teachers' life world determines their meaning world, and then it affects their educational action and curriculum decision. The story from J middle school shows us the school reform will suffer the possible resistance. This is a kind of important tension in school culture. If we can deal with well, it will benefit the school development and the curriculum implementation.
