摘要
研究了防锈液中各成分的作用机理和最佳配方，适用于大型钢结构的涂装前处理。并对转化膜的性能，如与漆层的结合力，各种腐蚀条件下的防护性能，转化膜的拉伸性能等进行了测试。
Mechanism of the components in antirusting solution for large steel structurepretreatment of coating was investigated and the solution formula was optimized.Propertiesof the conversion coating including paint adhesion, corrosion - protection in various corrosivemedia ,elongation property were also tested.
