摘要
目的:探讨E-cadherin与葡萄胎恶变的关系。方法:34例葡萄胎患者随访>2年10例发生恶变(恶变组),24例未发生恶变(未恶变组)。应用免疫组织化学方法研究葡萄胎恶变组与未恶变组石蜡包埋标本E-cadherin的表达状况。结果:恶变组E-cadherin的表达明显低于未恶变组(P=0.014),恶变前后E-cadherin的表达无差异(P=0.457)。结论:E-cadherin的表达与其侵袭性相关,是葡萄胎恶变发生的早期事件。
Objective： To elucidate the relations between E - cadherin gene expression and malignant transformation in hydatidiform mole. Methods： Immunochemistry was used. A total of 34 cases hydatidiform mole, 24 cases non - malignant transforming mole, and 10 cases malignant transforming mole were investigated. Results： The expression of E - cadherin was higher in nonmalignant hydatidiform than that in malignant （ P =0. 014） . The expression in both the two genes had no significant diference in moles that progressed into postmolar tumor compared with those that remitted spontaneously after evacuation. Conclusion： The expression of E - cadherin is correlated with the invasive transformation of trophoblast, and maybe it is the premise of invasiveness of hydatidiform mole.
