EEG monitoring and prognosis value of neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy

摘要 目的:观察脑电图(EEG)监测在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)中的临床价值。方法:对45例HIE患儿进行EEG监测,并评价EEG结果与临床后遗症的关系。结果:EEG总异常率为62.2%,轻、中和重度异常率分别为28.9%、20.0%、13.3%,临床病情轻、中、重度HIE患儿EEG异常率为36.4%、80.0%、100.0%。EEG轻度异常者其临床后遗症发生率为7.7%,EEG中、重度异常者其发生率则为53.3%。结论:EEG异常率随着脑损伤程度的加重而增高,EEG异常程度越重则临床后遗症发生率越高。 Objective: To observe the clinical value of EEG monitoring in neonatre with hypoxic - ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) . Methods: Forty five neonates with HIE were monitored by EEG to evaluate the relationship between clinical sequelae of HIE and results of EEG examination. Results: The total abnormality rate of EEG was 62. 2% (28 cases) in the 45 neonates with HIE. The mild, moderate and severe abnormality rate of EEG was 28.9%, 20.0% and 13.3% respectively. The abnormlity rate of EEG, in neonates with mild HIE was 36. 4%. In moderate and severe HIE, the abnormality rate of EEG was 80. 00% and 100. 0% respectively. The incidence rate of clini- cal sequelae was 53.3% in patients with moderate and severe abnormal EEG and 7.7% in patients with mold abnormal EEG. Conclusion: EEG abnormality degree might have a positive relation to cerebral injury degree.
