报道了染料中间体２，６－二溴－４－甲基苯胺的反相高效液相色谱的分析方法，本方法具有简单、准确、精度高的优点。

Abstract In this paper the dye intermcdiate 2,6-Dibrom-4-methylaniline and it's byproducts,were determined by HPLC using a column of Spherisorb C 18 (Φ4.6×150mm 5μm),the mobile phase of a mixture of methanol and water in volume ratio 80∶20 and a UV detector at 230nm.The coefficient of variation is 1.2% and the recoveries are 99.2～101.5.
