摘要
通过对化学复合镀Ni-P-Si_3N_4粒子共析量以及镀液稳定性等的研究,获得了制取舍Si_3N_4粒子量高且镀液稳定性好的工艺方法,并讨论了化学复合镀Ni-P-Si_3N_4镀层的耐蚀性能和表面结构。
The optimization of electroless Ni-P-Si3N4 composites was obtained through the study of deposition rate, Si3N4 particle content in composite coating and the stability of bath. The corrosion resistance and surface appearance of coating were also discussed in the paper.
