摘要
介绍了一种新的数控车床螺纹插补加减速控制方法,其核心思想就是将加减速的过程离散成N级,在每一级中步进电机要以给定的频率恒速运行给定的步数,而后再升速。该算法有效地解决了高速螺纹加工过程中丢步、中断嵌套等问题,保证了加工精度。在配以MCF375和RTOS数控系统的TDNC150型车床上验证了该算法的可行性。
A new method of automatic acceleration-deceleration control of screw thread interpolation is introduced.The core idea is to discrctize the acceleration-deceleration process into N grades,and in each grade,the stepper motor must run assigned steps by assigned frequency,then the speed can be enhanced.The algorithm resolved effectively the problem of losing steps or interrupt nesting in the process of screw cutting,and the processing precision can he guaranteed.The feasibility of algorithm is proved in TDNC150 CNC Lathe with MC68F375 and RTOS CNC system.
