论抗战时期陕甘宁边区的科学传播事业 被引量:2

摘要 抗日战争时期,陕甘宁边区特别注重科学知识的传播。初步形成以党中央和边区政府及其各级机关为中心,有教育科研机构、报刊媒体和群众团体广泛参与的传播机制。采取了包括文字宣传、举办讲座、学校教育、展览等多样化的传播手段,既有从上而下的传播,也包括相互之间的交流;既有教育科研机构的推动,也有实物展览的激励。通过科学传播改进了边区工农业生产技术,推动了边区经济迅速发展;改变了边区人民落后的旧思想、旧习惯,形成了崇尚科学、反对迷信的良好社会风气;吸收并培养了一批科技人才,为边区科技事业的发展做出了重要贡献,也成为新中国储备科技人员的"人才库"。陕甘宁边区的科学传播为新中国科学传播事业打下了基础,积累了丰富经验,对今天亦有启示意义。 During the Anti -Japanese War, Shaanxi -Gansu -Ningxia Border Region particularly emphasized the dissemination of scientific knowledge. It's initially formed communication mechanism whose centre was the CPC Central Committee, the Border Region Government and the organs at all levels and involved education and scientific research institutions, the media and mass organizations. They took the various means of communication, including text publicity, seminars, school education and exhibitions, both from the top to the bottom and mutual communication, not only the promotion of education and scientific research, but also the incentives of exhibition. Through science communication it improved border industrial and agricultural production techniques, and promoted the rapid economic development; changed the lag ideology, old habits of the border people, and formed good social atmos- phere, respecting for science and opposing superstition , assimilated and trained a number of scientific and technological personnel for the development of border areas in science and technology, made important contributions, became a new scientific and technological “personnel reserve pool”. The spread of science in Shaanxi - Gansu - Ningxia Border Region laid a foundation for the new China in science communication career and accumulated rich experience, and also has the significance for today.
