转型期高校辅导员队伍专业化与职业化建设的期待视野

高校辅导员队伍建设正处在重要的转型期,其核心问题是实现专业化和职业化,这是不断提升大学生思想政治教育水平的根源性动力。转型期辅导员队伍专业化与职业化缺乏参照建设标准,辅导员队伍没有完全实现向"人生导师"成功转型,尚处在以转岗、转专业为出路的尴尬局面。转型期辅导员队伍专业化与职业化需从宏观、中观、微观三个层面来进行建设,从完善选聘机制、拓宽发展空间、推进专业学科化入手,构建适应辅导员队伍可持续发展的科学管理体系。

The establishment of the profession of student counselor is under a transformational stage. The pivotal issue is to achieve the goal of stratification and professionalisation, which provides consistent driving power to the elevation of the standard in students＇ ideology counseling. The stratification and profession of student counselors lacks corresponding reference and evaluation criteria in transitional stage. Student counselors are still on the way to a complete and successful transformation to lifetime mentors＇. This stage is characterized by those uncompromised situations, ie, shifting occupations and duties. The stratification and professionlisation of student counselors in transitional stage should be guided under the macro, medi, and micro stages. The author intends to discuss the possibility of establishing of a scientific management system in sustainable development of student counselors profession, via the selection and nomination system, possibility of further advancement, and disciplinary specialization.
