摘要
通过对石油树脂与顺丁烯二酸酐反应条件的考察,确定了其最佳反应条件。运用顺酐化石油树脂与异半醇酯化反应合成了改性石油树脂(MPR),井将MPR应用于PVC的共混改性上。结果表明,引入适量的MPR,不仅明显改善了PVC的加工性能,而且还在PVC的拉伸强度、弯曲强度等性能基本不变的情况下,显著提高PVC的抗冲击性能。
The modified petroleum resin (MPR) were prepared by two step reactions firstly reacting petroleum resins with maleic anhydride, and then esterificating of the addition, products with isooctyl alcohol. Rigid PVC products were obtained by blending PVC with MPR properly and the properties of the PVC/MPR blends were tested. The results showed that the processability and the impact strength of PVC could be improved apparently whereas the tensive strength and the flexual strength almost unchanged by incorpating proper dosage of MPR into PVC.
