摘要
采用新型MgO-PSZ材料进行了泡沫陶瓷过滤器的试制与研究。发现过滤器的性能受海绵影响较大;于1550℃烧成、经1100℃热处理后可得到耐压强度为0.49MPa、孔隙率为85%的过滤器;制备过程中试样的收缩率较大。
Preparing and researching of cerarnic foam filters with a new type of MgO-PSZ have been conducted. It was foundthat the Properties of the filtere were significanty affected by the foam-rubber used in the samples. The filters withcrushing strength of 0. 49 MPa and porosity of 85 % were prepared by firing at 1550℃ and then aging at 1100℃. During sintering, tbe filters shrinked about 51 %-54 % in volume.
