本文主要探讨企业境外档案的跨区域和跨文化管理。伴随着经济全球一体化进程的加快,跨国经营成为一种趋势。跨国企业境外档案管理,现在已经成为一个世界性话题。而跨区域和跨文化管理,是企业境外档案管理的两个核心问题。
This essay mainly probes into the trans-regional and cross-cultural management of oversea archives of enterprises. With the quickening process of global economic integration, managing business trans-nationally has become a trend. Owing to this trend, how to deal with the oversea archives of transnational corporations has also become a world topic now. It is trans-regional and cross-cultural management the two key matters of enterprises＇ oversea archives management.
