摘要
研究了刚玉莫来石—ZrB2复合材料烧结初期的动力学关系,认为烧结机理服从界面扩散—体积扩散过程。阐明了ZrB2的引入对刚玉莫来石材料烧结的影响,并给出了复合材料的烧结活化能Q。
The kinetic relationship for initial sintering peried of corundum mullite-ZrB2 commpites has been studied. It is considered that the sintering mechanism of the compeite complies with beundary diffusion-volume diffusion process. Theeffect of ZrB2 on sintering characteristic of corundum mullite material has been elaborated and the sintering activationcncrgy of the compeite has been given.
