In implementing the scientific outlook on development and promoting sound and rapid development of the hospital,we must take emancipating our minds as the ＂valve＂, basic man- agement and leading departments development as the key link, optimizng the service environ- ment as a breakthrough point, deepening reform as main measures, enlarging opening- up as a powerful engine and promoting harmony as the final target.
