摘要
该研究是在前人对教师培训研究的基础上,结合教师运用信息技术与课程整合的要求,采用系统方法和绩效分析方法来设计一个能促进教师专业化、培训教师整合能力的电子绩效支持系统(ID-EPSS)。文章基于绩效技术与教学设计理论,设计了适合教师培训的ID-EPSS的功能模型,同时对培训模型各模块的主要内容和各模块实现的技术进行了论证。
On the basis of predecessors' research of teacher-training, combining the requirement of teacher using Informational Technique and Course Conformity in the new century, an Electronic Performance Support System (ID-EPSS) used to promote teachers' specialization and train teachers' conformity ability was designed using system methods and performance analysis methods in this paper. In this paper, a function model of ID-EPSS which is suitable for teaches' training was designed based on performance technology and instructional design theory, at the same time, the main content and realization technologies of each module were demonstrated.
