摘要
我国高等教育培养的人才不能满足社会实践需求的问题已成为政府、教育主管部门和研究者重点关注问题。究其产生的原因主要可以归结为教学内容和教学方式陈旧上。文中提出以情境理论为基础,在网络环境下建构实践学习共同体,为学生创设未来职业中的问题情境,并通过自己的努力去给予解决,以此提升实践能力,缩小就业前的"适应期"。对网络环境下实践学习共同体的定义、特征进行了阐述,并对其模型进行了建构。
Based on the situational theory, this paper advocates constructing Practice Learning Community under the Network Environment to create problem in the future professional situations for students and through their own efforts to give solution to enhance practical ability, so as to reduce employment of "adaptation period." The author expatiates the definitions and characteristics of the Practice Learning Community under network environment, and then construct the model of PLC.
