仿栗生物学特性及果实油脂含量分析 被引量:10

摘要 结合生物柴油原料油植物选择课题研究,通过近10年对湖南龙山县、慈利县和永定区仿栗次生林生物学特性和生态适应性的调查、观察和测定,描述了仿栗的形态特征。采用压榨法制油,分析测定了仿栗不同部位的油脂含量及其理化性质,GC法分析了油脂主要脂肪酸组成。结果表明:采用压榨法制油,提取率高达90.91%;仿栗果实油碘价低,属不干性油;油脂中月桂酸和肉豆蔻酸含量分别为2.7%、12.5%,油酸和亚油酸的含量总和为69.3%,不饱和脂肪酸含量较高。提出了把仿栗作为生物柴油原料油树种的构想。 The investigation,observation and testing of biological characteristics and biological suitable ability of Sloanea hemsleyana and its morphobogy characteristics were described, through researches on secondary forest of Sloanea hemsleyana in the past 10 years in Longshan County, Cili County and Yongding District. Oil was extracted by press, and the oil content and physic ochemical property of different parts of Sloanea hemseyana were analyzed and tested, and composition of the major FA of it was studied by GC. The results were show that: The extraction rate of oil is as high as 90.91%. The fruit of Sloanea hemsle was low iodine value, belongs to undrying oil. Sloanea hemsleyan oil is a non-drying oil with 2.7% myristic and 12.5% lauric in it. Content of UFA which are oleic and linoleic can reaches to 59.3%. The suggestion that taking Sloanea hemsleyana as a kind of biodiescl fuel oil species was proposed.
