摘要
利用RAPD标记技术分析中国主产区和日本松口蘑的亲缘关系。结果表明:供试样品聚为3类,且供试松口蘑之间遗传距离较近,表明它们是一个物种下的不同居群。
Genetic relationship of germ plasm resources of Tricholoma matstake in China and Japan was analyzed based on RAPD anlysis in this study. Seventeen arbitrary primers screened from 120 were used to amplify 17 samples, and amplified 147 polymorphic bands were used in cluster method. The results showed that all samples were classified into three groups at genetic distance 0.17, and they were different populations of the same species because there was smaller genetic distance （ 0.21 ） among samples, so it was possible to analyze genetic relationship of germ plasm resources in Tricholoma matsutake based on RAPD analysis.
