摘要
邹县发电厂1000MW超超临界机组制粉系统在运行中携带大颗粒,造成飞灰及炉渣含碳量偏高,极大影响了机组的经济性。通过对分离器结构、工作原理进行分析,找出了制粉系统携带大颗粒的主要原因,并提出相应对策,为同类机组解决此类问题提供参考。
The milling system of the 1000MW ultra-supercritical units in Zouxian electric power plant carried big grains since the unit synchronized, the carbon content in slag was comparatively high which influenced the unit's economy. In this paper, the author studied the configuration and working theory of mill separator, analyzed the main reason of the pulverized coal carrying big grains, and pointed out corresponding countermeasures, which provides valuable experience to the similar unit.
