Cause Analysis and Resolution of Full-load Turbine TV1 Suddenly Shut

分析了某电厂4号机组满负荷试运期间,在LVDT次级线圈接线松动掉线后,TV1突然关闭的原因,并阐述了强制关闭GV1和GV3,减少TV1的前后差压,使TV1全开的处理过程。

Causes about some power plant No.4 turbine set ,during full-load test running, TV1 shut suddenly because of LVDT secondary coil are analyzed .And to reduce TVlfront-baek difference pressure, GV1 and GV3 were closed by force, then TV1 opened full at once are demonstrated in this paper.
