Controlling Quality of Canal Concrete Lining

南水北调中线工程渠道设计断面大、混凝土厚度薄,施工质量控制尤为重要,混凝土衬砌采用衬砌机施工可以提高施工效率和混凝土的施工质量。目前衬砌机的应用处于起步阶段,PMCQ650型衬砌机虽在一定程度上实现了作业自动化,但在工艺和施工参数选定方面还缺少标准化,尚需进一步完善。文中结合PMCQ650型衬砌机在渠道施工中的应用,总结了渠道混凝土衬砌质量控制要点,形成了可靠的机械化衬砌工艺参数,为混凝土衬砌机械化施工提供了依据。

In middle line works of South-to-North Water Transfers Project, the canal cross sections are bigger and the thicknesses of concrete lining are thinner, so that controlling quality of canal contrete lining is very important. Using contrete lining machine in construction may raise construction effeciency and construction quality.But using lining machine is in beginning stage at present.Although the work automation may be realized in certain degrees by using lining machine, however, the normalization is lacking in technique and determination of construction parameters, the improvement in these aspects is still further needed. In context of using lining machine PMCQ650 in canal construction, this paper summarizes the main points to control canal lining quality, generates reliable technique parameters for mechanized lining. All of these provide the basis for mechanized construction of concrete lining.
