摘要
利用含硼湿法纺丝技术（ＦＷＢ），对原维纶生产线进行改造，生产出高强ＰＶＡ长丝束，并用牵切纺工艺开发出ＰＶＡ强力纱，其强度为维纶牵切纱的１．２５倍左右，为原维纶纱的２倍以上。
VA high tenacity filament was produced by FWB spinning technology then with draft cutting spinning.Its tenacity was 1.25 times higher than that of PVA draft cuting yarn and 2 times higher than that of normal PVA yarn.
