论固结灌浆堵水技术在隧洞施工中的应用

Application of Water-stopping Technique by Consolidation Grouting in Tunnel Construction Process

主要阐述了低外水头隧洞中洞壁大面积渗、漏水情况的堵水方案。对于此类洞段的堵水应当选择固结灌浆堵水方案进行处理,该方案与超前预注浆堵水方案相比,具有操作简单、节约施工成本、不占用总工期的优点,并且灌浆效果良好。

This paper mainly introduces the water-stopping scheme in this condition,that the water seeping in through a large area of tunnel wall occurs under low external water pressure of tunnel. For this kind of tunnel reach,water-stopping scheme by consolidation grouting must be choosed. Compared with ahead pre-injecting grout scheme,this scheme possesses following advantages：easily operating,saving construction cost,not to occupy general construction period and good grouting effect.
