摘要 介绍了基于同步相量测量技术的山东电网广域实时动态监测系统,它首次在国内使用国产"北斗一号"卫星导航系统为PMU提供备用授时信号,并采用可观性分析和同调性分析结合的方法,从理论上提出布点方案,对电网进行布点规划。详细介绍了系统的构成、主要功能和特点,并对其发展前景进行了展望。 The wide-area real time dynamic monitoring system (WAMS) based on synchronous phasor measurement (SPM) technology is introduced in the paper. WAMS firstly used "Beidou-1" navigation and positioning satellite as synchronization signals for Phasor Measurement Units (PMUs), and introduced a solution in theory into PMU distributing layout in the power system by integrating observability analysis and coherency analysis .The paper presents the system architecture, the basic principles, main functionality and characteristics of WAMS.A looking forward to the development of the WAMS is also briefed in the end.
