摘要
讨论了影响１６７ｄｔｅｘ／３６ｆ涤纶ＰＯＹ条干的一些因素。实验表明，根据切片质量不同，选择合理的纺丝温度，选取适当的侧吹风速度并保持风速度的相对稳定，定期更换纺丝组件，是降低ＰＯＹ条干不匀率的重要手段。
he influence of some factors on the irregularity of 167 dtex/36f PET POY was discussed. It was pointed out that low spinning temperature, constant quench speed and periodical replacement of the spinning pack were effective for the improvement of PET POY irregularity.
