摘要
本文使用接触反应法制备TiCp/LY12复合材料熔体,然后经固液挤压直接制取复合板材与棒材。使用背散射扫描电镜对T6处理后的复合板材组织特点进行观察,揭示了颗粒的分布特征、基体组织特点及其成因。
Contact reaction method was used to prepare TiCp/LY12 composite slurry in present study,and then the composite plates were manufactured with semisolid extrusion method.The microstructure characteristics of semisolid extruded TiCp/2024 composite after T6 treatment was investigated using back scattered SEM,and the author also revealed the distribution features of TiC particles in the matrix and their formation mechanism.In addition,the paper analyzed the microstructure characteristics of the matrix of semisolid extruded composites after T6 treatment.
