摘要
本文对三维刚塑性有限元模拟分析过程中有关技术问题进行了系统的研究。对三维数值模拟中存在的关键问题提出了有效的算法和处理技术,开发了相应的三维模拟软件系统。并以筒形机匣精锻成形为例对金属体积形成过程进行了模拟,计算结果表明所提出的方法和软件系统是可靠的。
In this paper,the numerical simulation techniques of 3 D rigid plastic finite element are studied systematically.Some effective methods of calculation and processing techniques are put forward,and a software for 3 D simulation is developed.Meanwhile the processes of cylindrical housing have been simulated by the system,which indicate that the given techniques and software are feasible.
