不同中草药水煎液对鸭梨采后链格孢病菌的抑制效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 在离体和活体条件下,测定了远志、地榆、甘草、茯苓、益母草等中草药水煎液单剂及等倍比例两两复配组合对鸭梨采后链格孢病菌的抑制效果。结果表明:远志+甘草、远志+大黄、茯苓+益母草复配组合在离体试验中抑菌效果最好,1.0 mg/mL质量浓度的抑菌圈直径分别为1.941,2.219,2.251 cm;单剂离体试验中抑菌效果较好的是黄连、地榆,1.0 mg/mL质量浓度的抑菌圈直径分别为2.111,1.950 cm,负对照0.05mg/mL的扑海因的抑菌圈直径为2.301 cm;上述样品的最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度为同一值,分别是5,10,0.625,1.25,10 mg/mL;活体抑菌测定结果表明,各处理均能减缓病菌的侵染速度,但不能完全抑制链格孢病菌的在鸭梨果实上的侵染。 The inhibition of Chinese herbs' from PolugaLa , Sanguisorba . etc against Alternaria alternate in harvested ya pear were studied by vitro and vivo tests. Results showed that the concentration at 1.0 mg/mL, combined Chinese herbs Polugala+Glycyrrhiza, Polugala+Rhubarb, Poria cocos+Leonurus had the higher inhibi- ting rates ,diameters of inhibition zone were 1. 941, 2. 219, 2. 251 cm, respectively. Two kinds of single Coptis chinensis, Sanguisorba also had the higher inhibiting rates than the others, their inhibitory diameters were 2.111, 1. 950 cm,respectively. But the inhibitory diameter of CK-(control) was 2. 301 cm when its concentration was 0.05 mg/mL. The MIC and MBC of above five samples were 5/5 mg/mL,10/10 mg/mL,0. 625/0.625 mg/mL,1.25/ 1.25 mg/mL,10/10 mg/mL. The application in ya pear fruits proved that the freatments could reduce and delay, but could not suppress Alternaria alternate completely.
