介绍了水性带锈防腐涂料用树脂的合成方法及水性带锈防腐涂料的配制方法。讨论了活性颜料（氧化铁红）、转化剂（亚铁氰化钾）、渗透剂（多元醇膦酸酯）等添加剂对水性带锈防腐涂料性能的影响。
The preparation of resin for waterborne over-rust corrosion protective coatings and formulation of the coatings has been described. The influence of active coatings and formulation of the coatings has been described. The influence of active pigment(red iron oxide), conversion agent (potassium ferrocyanide) and penetrating agent(POlyol phosphonate ester) on the waterborne over -rust corrosion protective coatings were discussed.
