废次钛白粉硫酸法再制备TiO_2工艺条件的研究

RE-PRODUCTION OF TiO_2 BY USE OF UNQUALIFIED TiO_2 WITH SULFATE PROCESS

研究了废次钛白粉硫酸法再制备锐钛型TiO2的工艺条件。通过试验确定了最佳的工艺条件，为在现有硫酸法钛白生产线上进行工业化生产提供依据，也为废次钛白再生产找到了可行的途径。比较了本工艺与硫酸法钛白生产的工艺条件得知，本工艺可省去絮凝净化。冷冻结晶两工序，洗涤、过滤的时间也大大缩短。

A technological process to re-produce anatate TiO2 by use of unqualified TiO2 with sulfate process has been reported. The optimum technological process conditions are given, which provide reliable data for its production in existing sulfate process TIO2 production line and also find a way to reuse the unqualified TiO2 products. Compared with normal sulfate process TiO2 production technology, this process has the features to eliminate flocculating purification and freezing crystallization processes, and reduce the time for washing and filtralion.
