金竹侧枝无性繁殖育苗试验 被引量:2

摘要 采用侧枝埋植和侧枝扦插方法,将金竹的枝芽诱导萌发生根成苗.结果表明:侧枝埋植25 d开始出苗,平均单株母竹成苗12丛;侧枝扦插30 d开始出苗,成苗率平均达78%.所获竹苗应用于造林,成本低、生长快、发鞭发笋量多,丰产性能好. Vegetative propagation with side branches of Phyllostachys nigra var. henonis was experimented. The results showed: The horizontally buried side branches began to germinate 25 days after implanting, and averagely 12 saplings could be obtained out of each maternal plant. Cuttings of the side branches started to germinate 30 days after the cuttage was done, and the average breeding rate was 78%. The cost of Phyllostachys nigra var. henonis forestation can be greatly reduced, bamboo shoot yield will be promoted and the growth speed might be increased with saplings bred by this kind of vegetative propagation.
