摘要
系统研究线形中乙烯基聚丁二烯橡胶(LMVBR)、星形中乙烯基聚丁二烯橡胶(SMVBR)、线形1,41,2立构二嵌段中乙烯基聚丁二烯橡胶(LBMVBR)和星形1,41,2立构二嵌段中乙烯基聚丁二烯橡胶(SBMVBR)的生胶性能,发现SMVBR具有高屈服强度、高门尼粘度的特点;星形支化结构、立构嵌段结构有利于改善生胶的抗冷流性能;具有相分离结构的LBMVBR抗冷流性能最佳。
The properties of raw linear MVBR(L MVBR),star type MVBR(S MVBR),linear 1,4 1,2 steoro diblock MVBR(L B MVBR) and star type 1,4 1,2 steoro diblock MVBR(S B MVBR) were systematically investigated.It was found that S MVBR featured high yield strength and high Mooney viscosity;the star branched structure and the steoro block structure were useful to improve cold flow resistance of unvulcanized rubber;the L B MVBR with separate phase structure possessed the best cold flow resistance.
