克林霉素静滴致输液部位疼痛的相关因素分析

Pains on Transfusion Sites Caused by Clindamycin Intravenous Dripx:Analysis of Related Factors

目的探讨克林霉素静脉滴注致输液部位疼痛的相关影响因素。方法采用医院集中监测方法,收集本院门诊输液室静脉滴注克林霉素患者的性别、年龄、输液速度、使用次数、过敏史及输液部位疼痛的发生情况。结果输液部位疼痛的发生与输液速度、使用次数有关(P<0·05)。结论严格控制克林霉素的滴注速度、减少使用次数,可减少输液部位疼痛的发生。

Objective To probe into the related factors of pains on transfusion sites caused by clindamycin intravenous drip. Methods By hospital - centralized montoring, we collected the data of gender, age, transfusion tempo, frequency of application, hypersensitive history, occurrence of transfusion - site pains etc. in patients who received clindamycin transfusion. Conclusion The occurrence of transfusion - site pains is related with transfusion tempo and frequency of application. Strict control of transfusion tempo and reduction of application frequency can decrease the occurrence of transfusion - site pains when clindamycin is transfused.
