On The Harmonization in the Construction Management of Freeway Engineering

协调工作是高速公路建设管理工作中一个重要的内容,也是管理工作中的难点。从管理学基础理论出发,结合高速公路项目建设的实际情况,对协调工作的内容、分类进行了总结,探讨了协调工作的方法,并分析了协调工作目前存在的难点。高速公路建设管理协调工作主要包括生产计划的调整、地方关系的协调、承包单位之间矛盾的协调等。针对不同的问题,从技术措施、组织措施及经济措施等不同方面提出了处理方法。

Harmonization is an important part and the difficulty of the construction management of freeway engineering. Based on the management theory, the content and the classification method of harmonization is summarized combining the real condition of freeway engineering construction. Then the work method and work difficulty of harmonization is analyzed. The main work of harmonization in construction management of freeway engineering includes adjusting work plan, managing local relation and resolving the conflict between contractors. The paper also put forward different methods to solve those problems such as technical methods, organizing methods and economy methods.
