农民工定居城市意愿的影响因素——基于五城市调查的实证分析

An Analysis on the Factors Affecting the Rural Labor Migrations' Desire to Settle in Cities——An Empirical Analysis Based on the Survey of Five Cities

利用5个城市1 076个农民工样本数据,采用Logistic模型分析了影响农民工定居城市意愿的主要因素。研究结果表明,农民工定居城市意愿总体上不强烈,农民工的年龄、就业状态、月收入、农村土地、住房情况、养老保障状况及社会融合对其定居意愿有显著的影响,而性别、婚姻、受教育程度、职业和社会资本对定居意愿的影响不显著。

The paper explores the impact of some factors on the desire to live permanently in cities. The study shows that age, employment, income, land, housing, social security and social integration have significantly effect on the desire to settle in cities. The effect of the sex, marriage, education, occupation and social capital on the desire is not significant.
