摘要
介绍了用美国ＳＳＩ－Ｐ４０００型二元高压梯变液相色谱仪、用甲醇、磷酸、水系统等度洗脱法对没食子酸进行了测定，变异系数０．１６％，回收率９９．４～１００．４％，并应用此方法对没食子酸品质进行了评价。
The SSI-P4000 type of gradient liquid chromatography made in USA was used for determimation of gallic acid and the methanol-phosphoric acid-water system was employed for elution. The coefficienct of variation is 0.16% and recovery about 100.4%.
