摘要
选用反相高效液相色谱法对久效磷原药、乳油进行定量分析。本法的变异系数：原药０．４６％，乳油０．８４％；回收率：９８．３％～１００．７％。
Monocrotophos and its emulsion were quantitatively analyzed by reversed phase HPLC. Their coefficiencts of variation are respectively 0.46% and 0.84% , the recovery 98.3%～100.7%.
