摘要
讨论了炭纤维经解时高温空气氧化法表面处理后,炭纤维增强树脂基复合材料(CFRP)的力学性能.特别是层间剪切强度(ILSS)的变化情况。结果表明瞬时高温空气氛化法表面处理能提高CFRP的界面粘结强度,其ILSS随空气氧化温度提高而提高。虽然ILSS也能提高到90MPa以上,但同时增加了复合材料的脆性,炭纤维抗拉强度也会严重下降。
The effect of air oxidation surface treatment on mechanical propertics of CFRP, especially on interlaminar shear strength(ILSS) of CFRP, was discussed. It is indicated that the adhesion between CF and resin matrax of CFRP can be improved with the temperature of air oxidation. ILSS of CFRP is increaced with the temperature of air oxidation, but the brittle of CFRP is incrcased, the tensile strength of CF is seriously discreaced.
