福州真武大帝信仰

The Worship of Black Warrior in Fuzhou

本文通过田野调查,对福州地区真武大帝信仰做了粗略的介绍,着重分析了真武深受福州人民崇信的原因,指出根本原因是真武大帝的职能与古代福州多火灾、旱涝频繁、航海贸易发达等现实生活息息相关。

The Black Warrior is an ordinary deity in Fuzhou. Through a social investigation, we reached a conclusion that it is three shings account for the occurrence： First, fire as a disaster took place frequently, second, drought appeared again and again, and, thirdly many people take up navigation as a profession.
