改型Y_X形橡胶密封圈在碱泵中的应用

摘要 基于摩擦磨损理论和往复杆密封机理,对某公司氯碱厂碱加料泵原夹布橡胶V型圈的过早磨损失效原因进行了分析,指出碱中盐的微粒是导致磨损的主要原因,提出了原V型圈报废失效时泄漏量的近似实验式,并在保守假设基础上估算了改型YX橡胶密封圈的泄漏量和使用寿命,接泵实验较好地验证了理论分析的结果。 Based on the theories of friction and abrasion,and the sealing mechanism of a reciprocating piston rod,the causes are analyzed concerning the serions leakage and efficiency loss in the NBR V rings which were used in a pump transporting aqueous alkali in the Plant.The main cause of abrasion is pointed out and can be salt particles in lye .Furthermore,an approximate experimental equation is presented to deal with the amount of leakage when there is the original V ring failure,and based on the consevative assumption,the rate of leakage and the life of the modified Yx ring are also estimated. Results of theoretical analysis are well verified by the experiments on the spot.
