冗余型数字调节器开发研究

摘要 描述了冗余型数字调节器的设计要点和结构原理。该调节器以两片高性能单片机为核心,构成双机冗余系统。文中重点讨论了故障诊断系统的建立原则及自诊断和双机切换的实现方法,包括其硬件结构和软件设计思想,并从理论上证明了该控制器的高可靠性。 The main designing points and structure principle of a self made digital controller are given ,which is a double microcomputer redundant system composed of two 16-bit sing chip microcomputers of model 8097.The designing principle and realizing method of a self diagnosis system of this controller as well as the automatical changeover of the working microcomputer to another one are discussed when the former is in an accident.Finally,the high reliability and a good non interruption control characteristic of the controller are proved in theory.
