摘要
本文在槽式振动流化床中研究沉积组分的运动特性,分别考察了振动参数、振动角度及床体倾角对运动速度的影响,根据碰撞理论推导出沉积组分的抛掷高度和物料运动速度的计算式,同时与实验值进行了比较,且研究了振动参数和物料的运动速度对焦渣混合物的分选效率的影响。根据分选效率,确定较佳的物料运动速度,对焦渣的工业放大及进一步开发的设计工作将会起到一定的指导作用。
