摘要
使用1L的高压搅拌釜,应用气体间歇吸收技术,在温度373~573K,压力1.0~4.0MPa,搅拌速度800r/min的实验范围内,测定了CO2在液体石蜡、FT300蜡中的溶解度和体积传质系数。实验结果表明CO2在上述蜡中的溶解度和体积传质系数是温度和压力的函数。利用KrichevskyKasarnovsky方程求出了CO2在两种液体介质中的亨利系数,并用实验数据获得了CO2在两种液体介质中溶解热值。
Equilibrium gas solubility (C ) and volumetric liquidside mass transfer coefficients (k La) of CO 2 in nparaffin, FT300wax were measured as functions of temperature (372~573K), pressure (1~4MPa) and stirrer speed (800r/min) in a 1 liter mechanically sgitated and surfaceaerated autoclave Experiments were carried out by using a transient absorption technique In the range of operating conditions investigated, the C values for carbon dioxide in two organic liquids increased with pressure, but decreased with temperature The data showed that C (in nparaffin)>C (in FT300wax) At carbon dioxide mole fractions below 0 45, the solubility data can be described by the KrichevskyKasamovsky equation The results also indicated that the k La values for carbon dioxide in two liquids used increased with temperature and pressure, but decreased with increasing carbon number of the liquid
